rob - it's cyclical. like a wheel, which is how it's supposed to be laid out on a page. and it's meant to be read aloud, so i encourage you, in a non-bossy way, to give it a go. i'm sure andrea will be a willing audience.

cher - don't tell me what I can't do. good to hear from you! now and then, ages ago, I would check your blog but there weren't any updates for a lonnnnnggg time and I stopped checking in. Now I'll have to go take a gander..

in addition to the shape of the poem looking like a wheel (see link) and the poem being cyclical like a wheel; when reading the poem aloud the sound echoes the drum.

a drum (sound) and a wheel (layout, and cyclicalness)
